Nice shop good service

Just started looking for new kitchen, first contact with Howdens was promised list of fitters as they only sell to trade , nothing sent ....doesn't inspire confidence in getting the job done

I recently left my employment at Howdens in Halesowen due to my unfortunate experience with a 'particular' manager who displayed condescending behavior, incessant nitpicking, unprofessionalism, unfriendliness, and an overall unwelcoming and rude attitude towards me. Despite my efforts to address the issues through a meeting to resolve the issues amicably, I had hoped for a fair and unbiased discussion. However, the presence of the so called impartial manager, who had a preexisting relationship with my own manager, cast a shadow of doubt over the impartiality of the proceedings. The comment made by this manager, stating that he has known my manager for a significantly longer time than he has known me, gave me the impression of a biased meeting that would undermine any credibility or weight given to my concerns.My manager downplayed everything I said during the meeting only further highlighted his dismissive attitude towards my grievances.The overall experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. It is essential for any organization to foster a supportive and respectful work environment, where employees feel valued and treated fairly. Unfortunately, my experience with this particular manager and the apparent lack of impartiality from the higher management has led me to believe that these principles were not upheld.As a result, I made the difficult decision to leave the company. It is my hope that the Company takes these matters seriously and makes concerted efforts to address the issues within its management structure. Creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture should be a priority for any organization, and I sincerely hope that they strive towards achieving this in the future.

Brilliant service from design, quotation, ordering and technical support during the installation. I couldn't recommend this branch enough and in particular Dan's great attention to detail and communication

Asked about spare parts for a mixer tap which I bought from them said they were going to get back to me but didn't, good old amazon.

Excellent aervice and support with the new kitchen design and purchase. Excellent quality and availability. They can't and wont be beaten on price.

Been waiting for a quote on our kitchen and keep getting false promises. We will call you later, come back tomorrow etc. It's been over a week and still they have no quote ready.

No good much cheaper and better elsewhere

Great service, friendly staff, they really take the time to listen to your wants and needs out of a new kitchen and problem solve any sticking points.Great communication too, and much cheaper prices than many other kitchen suppliers! The range products available is very good too.Note that Howdens is trade only though, so you need a kitchen installer to go through with purchasing.
