Darren from Auto Locksmith came to my rescue yesterday. Been exchanging messages while I was waiting for a part to arrive for my TT.My car had failed the MOT due to numerous lights (including ABS) permanently illuminating my instrument cluster.Within the hour, my car was fixed. Where others had failed, Darren from Auto Locksmith in Fareham had the answer.So happy to see the lights on the dash OFF, and the MOT is booked for Monday.Thank you Darren!

My only key fob stopped working (electric entry and keyless start), so car would not recognise anything. Phoned these guys and booked a call out (on a Sunday too)! When they arrived Darren had me up and running within 20 minutes. Clean, tidy and polite. Good service - would recommend

Had an issue with my ignition barrel / cylinder ceased and not turn. Made a call at 7:30 am . Steve was at my address before 9am. Told me the the issue and did what he needed to do to get the issue fixed. Under 2 hours the issue was resolved and like new! Extremely knowledgeable , professional, prompt and what I right was a very reasonable price. Top service

If He'd turned up on time I'd have given a higher rating. He was supposed to have been with me during the morning. I had plans for the afternoon but had to cancel. To his credit he called at lunchtime to say he'd have to make it during the afternoon instead. He eventually turned up in the evening after more phone calls. On speaking to him his reasons were down to lots of jobs and unreliable staff who'd let him down. He was pleasant and got the job done when he eventually arrived. His prices were much more reasonable than the main dealership. I feel if you use this fellow you have to be a bit patient and don't expect punctuality but he has all the gear and the knowledge to address your issues. I've tried to be as fair and honest as I can in this review.

Had an issue with my Renault keycards, called Southern Auto Locks, who came out the next morning. Darren was polite and very informative and definitely delivered a 5 star service. Would highly recommend

I can’t thank Darren enough for rescuing me! Had RAC out (also fab but couldn’t help) and was ready to give up and be towed but Darren was able to come and help. Quick response, friendly and calm, clearly extremely experienced and very reasonable price. Saved me being towed when my steering lock failed on my Audi TT also saved me a hefty garage bill and long wait for parts. This company is the real deal in local assistance and I already have another job I will be asking him to do! I was on the road within the hour and very happily home!

Brilliant service on my car from Darren, required more than one visit due to the nature of the issue and the need to replace an older key type and cannot fault the service I received: professional, knowledgeable, skilled, friendly and determined. Darren attended my property for an emergency call out early one morning last week. I had a car accident and the key for my vario minibus was snapped accidently in my car ignition! To add to the drama, I had buyers who were collecting the vario the same day Darren was sorting me a new key, they had driven driven 5 hours, so no pressure on Darren! On top of that, the snapped key remained inside my car in the police pound and Darren organised for his Co worker to collect this from some distance away, in order to create a new key for the new buyers! It took over 7 hours to complete the job. Darren remained professional, kind, polite and did it all woth humour. He made such a stressful situation so much easier for me, I cannot recommend Darren (and Co worker) as a person and his service was second to none.
