A great experience shopping here...staff made the time to answer query's i had and they had good knowledge on their product range. Both my items were in stock when I phoned so they were kindly reserved until I could collect. Can't think of a better place to get such a tool variety under one roof.

Great shop, staff was really helpful and went the extra mile. Parking is limited but there is enough along the road.Only 4 stars as machine mart isn't the cheapest and offers no loyalty or discounts that I no of for us normal folk.

Do not shop at machine mart, there products are cheap imitations of better products. Customer service is a joke and non existent. If your item breaks they won’t replace it. You have to wait weeks for it to come back supposedly fixed. What that means is they have bodged it long enough to get themselves out of there warranty.Shop somewhere else
