I recently used C&M for a new legionella risk assessment, the process was easy and Victoria took the time to explain the whole process. The risk assessment arrived 2 weeks after the asssor had been on site. The standard was great. Victoria rang and explained all our Remedial actions and what monitoring was required. She worked to understand what we'd do and that C&M would do this made the whole process extremely clear.
