A Great Resource. The water professor carried out a rapid and thorough test on our mains water. The analysis was extremely thorough and they provided lots of data and advice regarding dish washer salt quantities etc as we were found to have very hard water. Other data indicated that a water filter would remove some of the contents of our water. Overall we were confident that our supplier was within guidelines for water purity. Thank you Professor.

Would highly recommend this service. I received a thorough and comprehensive analysis of our water, which was really interesting to read. The report also included a number of tips and advice which was really useful- for instance how to avoid limescale build up, the correct level of salt for the dishwasher according to our water and other handy tips. We recently moved to rural Cornwall and were worried because we have a leaky pipe in the driveway and wanted to know if it was affecting the quality of our drinking water. The service was really thorough and the results easy to understand and provided the peace of mind we were looking for. The results also taught us some interesting facts about how local geology affects the mineral content of our water.

We were interested in seeing the quality of the water we were drinking, particularly as the taste had changed after having some building work done. The testing pack arrived quickly with easy to follow instructions and the results returned promptly via a really clear platform.Similar to getting an all clear on a health MOT it's very reassuring when you get confirmation that everything is in the 'normal' ranges. If it hadn't been I would have known action was needed!

The Water Professor
The Water Professor helped us to determine whether our water was safe to drink or not when we moved into a new house. As it turned out, our water had very high levels of lead due to a lead supply pipe. Once we'd fixed the problem, we re-tested, and were able to prove that the water was now safe to drink, giving us peace of mind. We did have an initial problem with our test result, but this was quickly put right, and lots of advice was given and communication was great. Thank you.
