I recently purchased a pan set and 2 pots from Zwilling. It arrived within 24 hours. In the set, 1 pan was missing and after phoning customer service, they immediately sent the missing pan to me. The lady in customer service was very friendly and helpful. The pans and pots are fantastic quality (Demeyere) and I certainly will buy from this company in the future. Many thanks.

I was recently find out Wembley outlet open new Zwilling shop. Because it’s my favourite shop I decided to pop in store and check out new product.I was very surprised with product which I found and bought couple of things to myself.I was pleased with customer service by gentleman name Andre who sugest me and sell my goods. He was patient and willing to answer my questions. Was nice to see staff in this shop have actually some experience and sort of knowledge about product which you can’t really see often nowadays.Shop is small but very neat and organise on good level of standards.Definitely will come back for more shopping.

Ordered a set of knives on one of the Christmas offers, expecting them to be made in Germany and they are actually made in china, they look and feel cheaper than the actual German ones, I’m very disappointed
