Without doubt the best dance school around. We love our lessons and appreciate the endless patience and guidance of the excellent teachers. A family run school which invites you to become part of the dancing family.

Simply the best dance school in the greater Reading area. This school has created world champions, but is also a fun place to learn to dance socially. All ages, all abilities.

Highly recommend! My partner and I had never danced before and enrolled in a ballroom/salsa beginners course and are so pleased we did. Fantastic fun and good quality teachers. We are still attending the weekly sessions 5 months on.

Amazing dance school, with incredible teachers. What ever your level of dance The County School of dancing will welcome you and provide you with exactly what you need to improve. Whether you are three or 93, a raw beginner, someone who loves their social dancing or a competitor there is a class and teacher perfect for you. Prices are competitive and great value. The school is conveniently located in Reading town centre and has its own car park. Highly recommend.

County Dance is one of those rare places in the modern world that should be cherished. It is warm and welcoming, no one is turned away and all are encouraged no matter your ability. Dancing should be a joy and Anna, Mary and all the dance teachers make it just that. I love every minute I am there and I was just a parent watching the children learn! At the moment I can’t watch because of Covid rules but my daughter still dances in a safe and nurturing environment. Long may that continue, Reading is so very lucky to have you ❤️

There is a glow about County Dance that I can't imagine you'll find at many other dance schools. The glow comes from a very welcoming and social dimension to teaching dance brought by Anna and James Dieguez, Hayley, Zoe, Callum, Trudy and everyone else there. They will cure you of your two left feet in no time at all and you will be the ones admired at the next function you go too. Dance, laugh, socialise, make lifelong friendships - that's what County Dance to me do best. And if you want to be the next Dance Champions - they do that too.

We have been members of County Dance for many years. The teachers are amazing and make learning to dance so much fun. Great attention is paid to learning correct techniques in a way that is both fun and progressive. We have loved learning to dance at County.

Absolutely Amazing! This dance school and all it’s teachers are simply superb. They make you feel so welcome and cater for all levels. Unlike some street dance classes I have been to where the instructors have been more into themselves and the mirror this is the complete opposite. Always have a laugh along with learning a lot. The instructors are very knowledgeable. Can’t thank them enough for my ballroom journey so far. Both group classes and private lessons are great.

Exceptionally high-quality teaching from competition-winning teachers. As an adult newcomer to dancing, I was a little apprehensive before I started, but I needn't have worried, it's such a friendly and encouraging atmosphere. If you're looking for a new hobby - or if you want the best for your kids, I couldn't recommend County more highly.
