I called in looking for a part for an old Fiat. The chap who served me was very helpful and went out of his way trying to find the right part.I'd definitely recommend a visit if you're looking for a part from one of their franchised marques.

Had to order a part and ship it internationally as the van we live in had broken down in the USA. It was urgent as we had to stay in a motel while the van was being fixed.Rob was very helpful but hadn’t put the postage label on the package. Ups couldn’t pick it up because of this but said they’d return. No one wanted to help. I called numerous times and got the not my job not my problem sort of attitude.When ups returned they still hadn’t put the label on which meant they had to return on Monday costing us more money in motels and postage.

Closed on a Saturday?I've never come across a similar parts shop that's closed on a Saturday.Even if it opened until 1200 that would be something at least.

I purchased 4 wheel caps for my Ford Focus from this company. They arrived within 48 hours and fitted perfectly.I had some trouble obtaining these parts and tried the Ford UK website first. Even though I completed the compatability check with my registration on the website the parts Ford UK sent me were far too big.I had no such issues with Vospers parts and would recommend.

I ordered a set of wind deflectors for my Nissan Pulsar, a car that went out of production 4 years ago and was never very popular.They arrived in only 6 days, even though Vospers thought they were out of stock in UK.Very pleased, well done Vospers.
