Wanted the full payment before they would start ( new company policy) I refused and cancelled,he came back with a staged payment plan, everything seemed to be ok but have been waiting over 3 months for the fitters to come back to fix the kickboards incorrectly cut, refit the doors so they fit,align the under counter fridge and freezer that if you don't push hard doesn't close, been told time and time again someone is coming but never turn up apparently it's the owner who is blocking the fitters coming,I wish I had stuck to my original plan and cancelled.I wouldn't have them in my house and have got a joiner coming to put things right, terrible company and terrible attitude.

Recently got my new kitchen from the kitchen centre.Im delighted with it stu my fitter was a top bloke can't speak highly enough of them.

Had my kitchen redesigned and fitted a few weeks ago. Im absolutely thrilled with it. Firstly I dealt with Jon for the design and then I dealt with Peter who did an amazing job in ensuring I had a perfect kitchen fitted. Nothing was an issue to him and I felt totally reassured when he said 'trust me' it will look good. Chris the fitter was recommended to me and he didn't disappoint either. I highly recommend them - you won't be disappointed with their service. Thank you to you all.

Had a kitchen fitted a while ago, however I have had problems with it all! Including fitting appliances, electrical, just found out they have isolated a switch that is now an issuePoor poor after service, take your money and run, owner is rude, unprofessional and poor after serviceDo not use

Love this place. From Ged the genius who designed our kitchen to the finest detail, and his liaising with manufacturer and appliance provider, to Dave the fitter and his precision. What a brilliant company, i’d highly recommend it. Also, through Jon the owner we were put in touch with amazing builders John Ford and co, who did the knock through. Absolutely can’t praise them enough and will always be grateful to them. It was a painless experience, and you hear such horror stories from other people whose builders have let them down.

Five years ago this company removed our old kitchen and installed a new one. Everything went very smoothly. We have been very pleased with all aspects of their workmanship and the products supplied. Unfortunately a few months ago three cupboard doors started to delaminate. We feared the worst. But the response from the business owner was absolutely fantastic. No grumbling, no cross examination. He simply asked for the details, ordered new doors, had them fitted, no charge! We were truly impressed. Rare to receive such service these days.

The Kirchen Centre started my job in August and finished in late October. The workmanship was poor and they had to come back four times to fix issues. Jon, the owner, was rude, obstructive and patronising throughout. His 40 years of experience did not shine through. He also took roughly a week at a time to reply to my concerns, dragging out the process. The effort involved in getting it right was horrendous and not to be recommended.If you look at the photos I've posted, these were whittled down from dozens of other examples of poor work. Be warned according to Jon it is standard to fit cupboard with backs that only go three quarters of the way up and if you look at the photos doors that won't open.

Sorry, but awful. Very responsive to get your business but once they start they just don’t care or listen. My first Q was should I plaster first before installing new cabinets (as it’s an old house!) guys said no need. Obviously that just to get the kitchen in as fast as possible and leave me to suffer afterwards. After finally fixing one problem they caused another and another and another.. and took ages for Jon to reply. Tenant over heard kitchen installer say cos it’s a rented property it doesn’t matter! Poor design. Quality ain’t great. Have to micro manage everything if not they won’t care and it will be just left. In the end kitchen looks ‘ok’ but nothing like a ‘luxury kitchen’ that I was repeatedly promised I was getting and I had to work hard for it. Let’s just hope the cabinets will last, only time will tell. But if I was you I wouldn’t want to find out.
