As well as now being (as far as I know) the only specialist sports shoe shop in Winchester, the customer service was exceptionally good. I generally have terrible trouble finding comfortable shoes but Dan was extremely helpful with advice and recommendations without being at all pushy. Best pair of shoes I've bought for a long time!

Excellent gait analysis and service from Pam today. Did a lot of comprehensive tests and didn’t feel rushed at all; the examination felt thorough and well informed. Meant I could confidently pick a pair that would support my feet and improve my running. Have recommended to all friends and family!

Great one-to-one service from Bryan at the Winchester store. Spent the time going through the tests/checks without rushing and had everything clearly explained to me before recommending 3 different trainers.Had the opportunity to try them all on and a test 'run' outside before making my decision.Great service, excellent knowledge from staff. Highly recommended.

I have had an excellent experience at this shop. Brilliant in-depth assessment of my gait and running style and great advice given. Unfortunately one of the shoes wore out at the back giving me a blister after 8 months but I was given an updated replacement - no problem. Absolutely delighted with the service and highly recommend.
