This branch is always so badly run. I’ve been once (never again) and we got take away delivered today, also terrible. The branch is poorly run, disgusting toilets , chaotic atmosphere (closing upstairs early) screens don’t work to order , staff blunt and overworked . The delivery was missing so many parts , was delayed by half an hour and then came stone cold. Avoid. One at ex scape is so much better

So annoying! Ordered double sausage and egg mcmuffin meals (along with pancake meal). Only to find halfway down the A5 they were singles. Pay attention! It's not hard! Especially as we paid for doubles. Would've turned back if we didn't need to be somewhere, although we shouldn't have to!!!!!!! Getting to the stage where we'll have to double check the meal before we drive off, which will only frustrate other customers! The sausage was also burnt! VERY disappointing! Won't be back!

Modern purpose built branch next to the A422 at linford wood offering drive thru/ eat in/ takeaway also delivery options with its own shared car park with Costa.Found things rather efficient with minimal drama or wait with the order correct and hot.A rather nice idea being different zones for collection etc so seems a bit more focused and everything just seemed to flow a little better compared to other branches .

2 times in a row they have forgotten items of an order from Uber eats, first time i couldnt blame them too much as there was a seperate bag which the driver didnt pick up. The second time they forgot multiple items in the bag. Never was able to get a refund or remake and wasted alot of money there

Customised order yet the restaurant missed the correct changes even though was showing on receipt and on the customised label on burger box they removed items which i paid extra for and I don't recommend customising anything here especially if you have a food allergy as they will surely get it wrong.Select a different store if not sitting in!

Long wait, dirty tables and overflowing bins.Beautiful restaurant but doesn’t seem to be run right.Server upstairs looked bored but there was plenty for her to do to make the restaurant look as sharp inside as it does outside.

Shocking service!1 * is too much to give but can't give 0Ordered 23:00 on 22/7 and the restaurant was dead.Quick to take my order via drive through and told to come to next window, where there was nobody.Waited and waited some more and nope nobody came.Drove to collection window and was looked at by 2 girls and still ignored, waited and still nothing so thought feck it and drove off!Won't be back as have been 1x before for a wrap as was also shocking food, 2 pieces of chicken 1 tiny piece of bacon thrown together with no sauce or even salad!!

Service seem to get worse with every visit. Customer service hit and miss. They make the worst mcD hot chocolate ever, just can't get it right and burgers are always missing an ingredient especially in the evening. More attention is giving to drive thru orders so you end up waiting for longer at the till, usually ignored until you call for attention. Was initially pleased when they first opened and the location is great but I don't know what happened with these recent recruits.

Went to the drive through window as I drive a mobility scooter was informed I couldn’t use the drive through as my mobility was not insured which my mobility scooter is insured and I told them this but I was still refused to make to an order, So I let these guys know I was insured I’m allowed to drive on 40 MPH roads and I have a licence Plate but because of my disability I felt discriminated against because of it. But they don’t care and I just left feeling rather upset I mean what’s the big deal I’m just buying some fast food. But I will say this McDonalds is the worst one in the MK area, cold food, missing items, taking ages for your food to be served, Avoid if you can.

First time I've been here. It's a bit smaller than expected, very busy (Saturday early afternoon). The service was excellent, very fast. Plenty of seating downstairs, even more upstairs. The food was excellent, burger was hot, fries were hot and the chocolate milkshake was actually chocolate, at some places its almost vanilla.Very impressed. Plenty of free parking too.
