We engaged with this establishment to acquire offices, met the manager and had a look around. When we tried to follow it up to clarify business rates, no reply to email, phone message or even use of the website contact form. Disappointing as the facility and services on offer were well priced and useful particularly with available parking, access and egress but alas we had to go elsewhere.

I did a first aid course here with Stewartat Safe aid. The facilities clean and up to date. The course was full of useful information sharp and to the point. It was easy to get here and there is free parking across the road.

Lovely building,ample car parking directly opposite with plenty of disable places. Love reception staff, great cafe at the end of the building, selling brilliant hot and cold sandwiches! Nice place to Visit, also must be a nice place to work!

Big building with office space to rent. Nice and secure. Large car park over the road. Great also manned reception.

Been to the Xchange, which is the modern decorated co-working space. Free parking available across from West Midlands House is such an amazing perk, so you don't have the anxiety of where to park the car! Manned receptionist, who is very helpful, along with the coffee machine in a beautiful, clean space means I'd give more than 5 star if I could!

Been with them for nearly 2 years with my Solicitors firm Midland Law. Good management and reception support, nice and warm in the winter (though sometimes too warm in the summer). Very reasonable rates, plenty of free parking and a good cafe annexed. Cafe closes at 1pm annoyingly. They also have a printing and scanning facility downstairs if your printer isn't working. They also receive clients and direct them to the waiting area. For a small fee they process post for you too. It's a very comfortable and cost effective place to start your business. Probably the best thing about this office that differentiates it from competition is the fact that they're open 24/7 which is useful if you're a night owl.

Really friendly staff, clean amenities, and generally a please to atmosphere. Had first aid training with Stuart, who was polite, informative and made the training fun. Free parking available right out the front at the car park

Having attended West Many times, I recommend this venue, especially the XChange, their new Co-Working Suite. The rates are great value and the space is beautiful. With coffee on tap, free parking and no booking required.
