We have been using this company for many years and have always been happy with the work. Work is delivered quickly and to a good standard.

Woke up to a hole in my roof. They came that day to give me a quote and had it repaired the next day ahead of lots of rain! Amazing service and so responsive! #Highlyrecommend

I can only assume that these guys have made a load of fake google accounts to write their own reviews.The work they completed has since been checked and was priced at almost five times the level it should have been and was completed with inferior quality roof tiles. The level of work required escalated immediately they were on site and the quotes they gave for this additional work also astronomically high.Christopher used bullying tactics and scaremongering to try to make us get the additional work done despite repeatedly being told we were not in a position to do so.They were correct that a new roof is required but their quote is more than 50% higher than the highest additional quotes we have now had and the urgency of the work is nowhere near in line with Christopher telling us we wouldn't get through the next couple of months with our current roof!When we challenged what they had told us and the price that we had paid my partner started to receive abusive and threatening phone calls from 'James' including threats of violence and him coming to the property to 'talk to your wife' while my partner was out.We're currently speaking to Trading Standards who are very interested in this company and the way they conduct their business.Avoid at all costs!

After conning us into having a new roof and poorly doing the work as agreed by experts, James agreed to repay us in full. No payments were made. As a result he now has a CCJ against him. I urge allnto avoid his firm

On the last day of the roof repair, I agreed to pay in full with the understanding that all rubbish would be removed and they would clean it up after themselves, which also states on the invoice. After full payment, they never did clear the rubbish, even after asking for over a week! They even stopped responding to my communications!

An excellent service. Mended my broken ridge tiles to a very high standard and did not charge the earth. Turned up on day they said and rectified my problem quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend

While acknowledging the fault we bear for not being more careful, this man charged more than double what other people have quoted for the same job since, and did the job in 2 days when others quoted 6. All reviews here have been posted in the last two months and the company was only incorporated in November 2022. ‘New’ guttering and other ‘new’ tiles and fascias subsequently identified as not being new. Uses scare tactics to persuade credible people into agreeing to large scale work that isn’t actually necessary and isn’t actually done. Work that was done reviewed as poor quality by council inspector, for example extra felting made the damp problem he was supposed to fix worse, and the brickwork has poor quality cement and no rendering. Currently considering legal options and have reported to trading standards. Meanwhile, the scaffolding is still outside our house. Please, look elsewhere.

Had my roof repaired after the bad weather from this company they were very friendly, polite, fast & fair on price. I would recommend them
