We have recently purchased a property on the Manor View development in Halesworth and cannot praise Heritage Developments enough.Having never purchased a new build property before and in particular off plan we were a little nervous but the Heritage team have given us the personal touch throughout the process by providing us with quality service from the minute we reserved the plot to the handover and the after care.The property itself has been finished exceptionally in terms of the workmanship and also the quality of the fixtures. Such fixtures have been also included in the purchase price and not as ‘hidden extras’.We would like to give a special mention to Josh (sales manager) who went through all the plans with us very thoroughly and who was always available and immediately responded to any emails we sent or calls we made prior to completion of the property.Also to Lee (site manager) who was incredibly thorough in the familiarisation appointment that we had with him the day before completion and who has continued to be available and assist us with anything we have needed since moving into the property. A prime example of this was arranging for a skip to be placed outside our property on the day we moved in at no cost for our empty boxes etc without us having to ask. Such a gesture meant a lot on a very stressful day!Finally to Steve (customer care manager) who has been very personable and efficient in dealing with any snagging issues that we have had and who has kept us informed and continued to touch base with us as to how we are doing even once the issues have been resolved. We have every confidence that when an issue is reported via their online customer care portal Steve will ensure that this is resolved.Another thing that we have been very impressed with is how little we have been inconvenienced living on the site whilst other properties are still being built. The building work has been cleverly organised so that it is moving away from completed properties and the site is always left tidy and secure at the end of each day. During the working day the workmen employed by Heritage are always friendly and respectful and very accommodating on the few occasions that we have had to ask them to move their machinery in order for us to leave the site.To summarise Heritage Developments in one word it would be ‘Quality’ from the design of the build, the finish of the property and the whole team.

Moved into our new home nearly 3 months ago at Regal Meadows. The whole experience has been exceptional. The houses are amazing, built to an extremely high standard and not like any other new builds around. The service is amazing from the whole Heritage team. In particular the sales manager, Rosie and assistant site manager, Curtis. Both are incredibly helpful, responsive and considerate; going out of their way to help. The after care service is also fantastic. Led by Steve, the service once again is amazing, responding to any queries immediately. I highly recommend Heritage Developments for the quality and uniqueness of their homes and the great customer service.

We've recently moved in to our lovely home on the Regal Meadows development. Now five weeks in and very impressed by the house and the support services offered. As is to be expected with a new house, we've had a few minor niggles but all have been quickly addressed by Heritage Developments. We've been particularly impressed by all the friendly staff and the welcome we've felt. The house is all that was promised, and the purchase was smooth and quick, with Rosie on hand to answer questions and support throughout. The aftercare from Steve, Bobby and Curtis has been prompt, helpful and small things fixes to a high standard. Thank you!

We’ve just bought a semi detached house on the beautiful Poppy Fields development from Heritage Developments. Our home is beautiful and we are so very impressed by Heritage in terms of the quality of the build, their responsiveness and their willingness to go above and beyond for us. Thanks to Rosie for your continual support and following up on every tiny detail that we hadn’t even thought of and to Lee for your quick responses to any questions and for continually checking up to see we’re okay. We moved into our new house on the regal meadows estate a couple of weeks ago and I can not recommend the houses enough. From the amazing, personable service we received from Rosie. To the beautiful houses that are unlike any other new build we’ve ever seen and finally to the building team and especially Curtis who never makes anything feel like too much effort. We are truly over joyed with our home and it’s the best decision we ever made. Thank you to you all!

Do not get into a lease hold property with these people you will regret it take the money but no maintenance

We have bought a home at Regal Meadows & we absolutely love it! Heritage have been great to buy a house from, they are really responsive & efficient. The homes are all beautiful - the attention to detail compared to other new builds we looked at is next level!! The houses have such character and are so well designed, we couldn’t be happier. The sales manager, Rosie, was so helpful throughout the whole process & always a pleasure to deal with! We also really appreciated all the help from the assistant site manager, Curtis - always willing to help and so friendly! We are so happy we went with Heritage Developments!
