Forde Dental Practice

My daughter has contacted Fordes dentist practice over the past two days as she has severe toothache however she was advised that she could not see a dentist until October, there are no NHS dentists at the practice if she needed to be seen before then she would need to pay £67, however I contacted nhs and they said while she is registered there they have a duty of care as they get a monthly payment where your name is on the register. so unless you are deregistered you should be entitled to get dental care.I contacted the practice several times and they have not yet contacted my daughter who is still in this situation. I am contacting citizens advice tomorrow because this is not acceptable. Please be aware of this Dental Practice.

Good efficient service, seamless transition from previous owners. My two daughters and myself all registered with Forde. Looking forward to see what other improvements that the new owners bring.

Shoddy receptionist skills have jeopardised our ability to get an appointment and therefore our health, when our appointment was cancelled by the practice via post and we were unable to make the new offered appointment. An attempt to reschedule was declined because we didn't make the alternative appointment even though we called to state that the new date was not doable. Poor management on behalf of the Practice Manager Steven Clark who claims he can do nothing about the decision. Appalled.

I had not been ton the dentist in 7 years because , I hate it and yes I am scared. My tooth broke and I needed to go, I registered as an NHS patient with Forde over the phone and got booked in very quickly. Even better I got a call from a very friendly receptionist who knew my tooth was broken and could get me in for a cancellation. Ahmed was talked me through the options benefits of both, next day I was sorted pain free and very relaxed through out the treatment. The staff are amazing and I will be back every 6 months for a check up and clean. Thanks for being epic Ray

I visited the practice a few weeks ago to see dr Ahmed for orthodontic consultation, after being referred to him by a friend. He was very kind and thorough, took the time to explain everything to me and also show me some of his previous work which was very impressive. I decided to go for the clear aligners and although it has been just a few weeks, I have started noticing that my teeth are getting straighter. I am very excited to see the results when the treatment is finished! I have already planned having my teeth whitened with dr Ahmed and had Botox with him as well. I’m very pleased with the service I have received and would highly recommend him!!

I was let down by the previous practice I had been with for over 20 years and at my wits end trying to find a dentist who could help me until i phoned Forde Dental practice. I can't praise the entire team enough. Honestly they are all so helpful, friendly and efficient. Now I can enjoy my Christmas thanks to them all.

Absolutely delighted with the service I've had in the last week. Had a large filling replaced last week by DR Riyad. He did an amazing job, it was a composite filling, he took such care by layering different shades, you would never know it was a filling, even though it is at the back of my mouth.Had a further enquiry this week, and , both receptionist and dentist were first class again.Thank you.

The two most wonderful dentist came to my Nana's home after there full day of work. They where so kind, gentle and very professional! I could not recommend more, they are the dentists that people pray for
