I bought a great car I am genuinely happy with it ,thank you very much SM motors.

We found the proprietor to be very helpful and friendly.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! This is the worst dealership I have ever been to! I looked around for a car motor shop for a while till I came across this shop. I travelled around 45 minutes to come here and spent over 2 grand on a car. Everything looked great, the place seemed trustable. I then found out the MOT certificate they had given me was fake! I tried to call the company again but once they had realised it was me ringing they have been avoiding my calls and not even bothering to get back to me. Absolutely ridiculous! If you think about buying a car from here I advise you change your mind, shocking company.

They refused me returning a car within a day of having it. Due to countless problems. Then disappeared off the face of the map now I'm led to believe they're doing repair work for cars and not selling I wouldn't trust them. This problem lasted 6 months until I had the car Returned. Pure agony! At the time I don't know if they are now but they're not registered with ( trading standards)

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!, after reading the other reviews I was confident that I will not be riped off. I asked the person on the phone called 'Ed' what's the last price you will do and he said 'he'll look after me'. After a 1 hour drive there I looked at the car and every thing seemed fine, so then I asked what the lowest price you will do after he said he'll look after me. He said if I want the warranty then he's not going to knock any money off. I said fine I want the warranty and paid full price. After the car got delivered I asked him where is the warranty he said the company will send it in the post within 10 days. It has now been 3 weeks, So I called the company of the car up (fiat)and asked is there any warranty on my car they said no. So I called 'Ed' up and he said call again tomorrow and it should be in the data base. So I called up the company and still they said no. And now Ed doesn't answer my call and doesn't reply to my messages! He keeps ignoring me! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! FALSE ADVERTISING!
