Amazing people just finished my trip, needed a van to collect a fridge for my home, originally i asked for a small van, however after discussion I was advised by the kind member of staff that I should get a slightly bigger one so I could fit the fridge in.Thank goodness I listened as the van given was perfect, everything worked well, no issues there.Overall I had a 5 star experience.Thanks so much guys, please support your local businesses! And will be returning again if i ever needed to hire a van.

Absolutely disgusted with the service. Turned up at 9.45 to find the doors being locked and very rudely told,whilst continuing to lock the door, I could not hire a van as it had gone 9.45….this was only the case by the time the door had been locked and bolted.Having checked online to see that the office was open from 8-10 I made my way over for 9.45 for the simple fact I had a tip run for the following day at 9.30 so it was in order to return the van accordingly without being charged for a further day…again the rude woman simply did not care. I also called the office 7 times between 8.00 and 9.30 to inform I was on my way however nobody answered….if they had and stated they were closing early I would have arrived 15 minutes earlier just to eradicate being told this is because of a computer system. Of course you guessed it when stated again the woman simply said we’ve been busy. This would be an unacceptable service to any member of the public not only not being able to get hold of the office but then being spoken to rudely without a care in the world when the office was already locked at 9.45? BUT the simple fact my business and best mate business have put through around 10k yes thousands of pounds through the company over the past couple of years and already have all details necessary and loaded on the system the fact it would have taken a couple of minutes is shambolic. And surely the owner of this business would be disgusted at the fact somebody who spends so much being treated this way. I believe if Karl(always helpful and one of the main reasons of returning business)had of been there he would have been accommodating and certainly have sympathised but I can safely this rude rude woman was simply looking for a quick getaway and did not care. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER PENNY WITH THIS COMPANY. Nor will my fitters nor will my family. Which as stated is around £5k per annum. Disgusted and disappointed

Rented a car for 1 week for our holiday in the area. A short 8 minute walk from the railway station, very easy to find using Google maps. The car was clean, good condition and the staff were very helpful, friendly and thorough. No problems at all, would definitely rent here again.

Excellent service. Price was fair for the van I rented. I found it easy to collect the van on the day and returning was easy too.I would have liked the fuel was full to full policy but not a major problem for me. I will definitely recommend them to anyone because they are open 7 days a week provide good quality vans and great customer service.

Easy booking, simple collection and 24hr drop off. Quick to sort and would easily use again. Staff very friendly, dealt with 2 females on the desk who were efficient and have a good system to get through the queue.

Brilliant van and decent service.I had to wait a few mins as COVID rules meant that I couldn’t be in the office with another customer, which isn’t their fault, but meant that I couldn’t take the van until 15 mins after my pickup time.Other than that, spot on! Would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely appalling. I booked a van weeks in advance and received a text message at 09:30, telling me that last van pick ups would be at 09:45 and to call if there were any issues. I called straight away, as this was the first that I had heard of this rule and explained that I was stuck in traffic and asked whether they could be flexible on this occasion since I was moving house that day and completely reliant on the van which I had already paid for. The woman on the phone was so so rude and didn’t show an ouch of sympathy or willingness to wait even a few minutes for me to get there in time. As a result, my house moved was ruined and and the stress caused has been massive. I haven’t even received a refund!! Would absolutely not use again ever ever ever.
