Needed to sort my phone contract out so went to go mobile and was served by Ryan, excellent customer service and couldn’t of helped me anymore, helped with everything I needed, would highly recommend!

I went in with my friend as she was selling her sons old phone & I upgraded my phone & they set it all up for me they was very helpful & friendly especially Daniel who used to work in the Belper store.

Very good service I was impressed all round since the second I walked through the door! I was instantly welcomed in and Ryan made me feel very welcome.Ryan found me a great deal on my new phone and even got me a cup of tea while we finalised all the finishing details and he also set my phone up for me which I was very impressed with!

excellent service over 2 visits - 1 in July to start the process and today to finalise the upgrade / handset and contract. Dan in store was very helpful and engaging, set everything up both with his colleague and then transferring everything over - in and done in just over an hour and very happy with the service - thank you
