Outstanding customer service backed up by expert cycle knowledge and mechanical skills. I just rode my bike home after having replacement crank arms fitted - apart from one being faulty Mark identified the ones on the bike were also the wrong size. The pedal action now feels so much smoother and well the overall feel of the bike is just immensely better. I love my bike and use it a lot - to have the fault identified and fixed so professionally was really appreciated

Excellent service! Friendly and helpful. Used their services twice, once for a puncture and yesterday for the brakes. On both occasions James went above and beyond, checking the gears and wheel alignment. He also explained what type of bike I own! (I bought it second hand and didn’t have a clue). My once heavy and clunky old bike is now a joy to ride! Thank you.

I can’t recommend the customer service at this branch more highly. Mark helped us today, was polite, knowledgeable and solution focused. I have visited before and other people I have worked with have also been very helpful. Definitely a place to return to.

New Manager was very helpful, keen to advise me on the right products suitable for my specific needs and budget for my race xc mtb build. Overall super happy with the customer service given! A real expert on all things bikes. I would recommend to a friend !

Giant Lincoln Station is very good and staffs are so friendly. There services are best and immediately. No long time waiting. All Staff are very friendly, helpful and kind. They try to give there 100% to all Customers. All services price are affordable. There work skills are fantastic. I go to Giant for repair my Cycle. Mark and Jimmy are so friendly and so kind to me. Excellent service. Could not have been more helpful. I had suffered a broken chain. Purchased a new one exactly right for the bike. Offered to fit 'in 3 minutes' as we were about to leave on a 60 mile leg of our journey. Chain fitted and lubricated in 3 minutes as promised. No hesitation to recommend highly. Thank you.

Shocking service took my carbon rim in for trim up bent my spokes one snapped spoke still charged me and replacing spoke with cheap nasty spoke I’d never use this shop again absolutely disgusted
