Brunton Residential were first class, they guided us through the process, set an ambitious but realistic selling price, kept us informed through the process, calmed our nerves when an initial sale didn't happen, quickly got us back on track and got us to the end of the process in a duration that was beyond our expectations. It felt like they were an expert in the area that we were selling in, and knowing the area and properties really helps. High recommended.

Arranged a viewing and had come from out of town late last night to see it. Was given a reminder this morning at 9 for viewing at 11. We waited at the property in the cold with another family who had arranged a viewing (they had a baby in a pram). Waited 20 minutes before I decided to call the office. Chloe who we had the viewing with answered and let us know the flat had been let. So she had been sat there in the office in the warmth knowing the flat wasn't available whilst we waited for her to arrive. It's either laziness or just a complete disregard for potential custom. Atrocious service.

Brunton Residential were acting on behalf of the vendors for the purchase of our new home. There were several issues during the process and Jess from Brunton was instrumental in resolving these. She provided a very clear outline of what the issues were and clearly worked very hard to resolve these liaising with our estate agent for the sale of our property and solicitors. She demonstrated both great skills and great communication. The communication was always clear and very prompt, and they took the time to give us detailed helpful advice as we were first time buyers.I dealt mainly with Jess and Natasha and they were both very efficient, helpful and friendly. We recently sold our house and moved to a new property, both transactions being through Brunton Residential. We were very impressed with the service provided by BR. The process started with a representative visiting our home exactly as arranged and two days later our house was on the market. Further communication was via WhatsApp which worked very well. Our property was sale agreed very quickly and we transitioned to Sales Progression for the remainder of the journey.We were very well looked after in this latter process by Jess Maine.Unfortunately our buyers withdrew and we thought we might lose the property we were hoping to move to. Jess, however, remained very positive and reassuring through some difficult times and saw us through to a successful completion.I have nothing but praise for all the staff at BR and particularly Jess - a wise head on young shoulders.
