So impressed with this company! The team who cleaned my house were so friendly and efficient, and cleaned to an exceptionally high standard. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Very bad service.These cleaners broke my mirror's frame, scratched my wall and damaged my wife's shirt and trousers ironing them and refused to pay for any of the damages.I was their customer for three months, until yesterday, and they only did a good job one day.They miss the details, leave spider webs in the corners, food splits on the side of the microwave...Regarding the damages, I let Carly-Ann Cole, #brightandbeaitiful franchise owner, know about the accident ironing my wife's clothes and she apologised very bluntly and didn't offer to cover the costs. We decided to give them another chance but when they broke the mirror and scratched the wall, we were very disappointed with her inflexible reply refusing to cover the costs even after we insisted.She sold the service as if it was the best in class but that is not what we found.She also asked for a recommendation to write on their website in a very early stage but we didn't do it because we didn't have enough experience with them and they were not doing such a good job.Now I am glad that we didn't write that recommendation and understand that their pressure to get these testimonials from customers in such a short term may be related to customer dissatisfaction in medium and long terms that will not get them good feedbacks to publish.We are now looking for another cleaner so any recommendation would be appreciated.Thank you in advance

The flat was restored to a shiny, clean home for the return from hospital after a six week stay there. The staff worked ceaselessly and cleaned every corner. Toothbrush cleaning of crevices was amazing. What an excellent service. Thank you!

It has been great having the Bright & Beautiful ladies coming every second week (my favourite day), we are both full time working parents and it can be hard to keep on top of things. This is a great service for similar families as the team are fast, efficient, professional and reliable. Exactly what we needed.

Have been using the service since I moved to the area in 2021 and it’s been a great experience. The team arrives in time, is always polite and professional and does a fantastic job. On the very rare occasion there are delays communication has always been excellent.

The Bright and Beautiful team have been cleaning my home for over a year and have been a blessing. The team are always prompt in their arrival and respectful of my home. My flat was deep cleaned today by Carly, Fatoumata, Sylvaner and Joshua. Many thanks to them! I am very happy with the outcome of the clean: now the house is free of all dust and grime and dirt. All surfaces and all the skirting boards have been cleaned to an excellent standard. All the furniture is polished and the glass mirrors are clean and clear. Even the doors look immaculate!

The team at Bright & Beautiful are amazing. The customer service from the ops team in the run up was great and very efficient! It also goes without saying that the cleaning team are incredible, they are so efficient and pleasant to be around. Our house always feel so clean afterwards and I’d 100% recommend them!
