Gerard provided us with a top quality service in replacing the locks and door-fittings in our flat. He provided accurate timescales for all the works and the delivery of the various parts required. We were confident that we could put our trust in his advice and he was happy to work at times that suited our schedules.

Highly recommended. Very professional, excellent communications, top quality workmanship, competitive rates, goes the extra mile. I wouldn’t use any other locksmith. Gerard changed internal and external door locks, handles, knobs and sourced the specialist locks and handles I required, all parts were sent away to apply the chrome finish I wanted. Absolutely top chap with old school manners!

If I could put 6 stars I would !We were stuck outside our flat and needed a locksmith asap. The Regent locksmith was with us in 15min. Professional and friendly, he opened the lock without damaging the door.He then found a cheaper and faster option for us by reworking the lock instead of changing it entirely (or something like that, I'm no expert).In the end, we were charged a very reasonable price, especially given the fast service and professionalism shown.I won't hesitate to call again if ever in need!

Gerard was super helpful and went above and beyond in not only changing the lock, but also taking away an original part which was stuck. He fixed it and brought it back the same day - all for no additional cost! He took the time to keep me fully informed of what he was doing and explained things in easy to understand language. EXCELLENT SERVICE !!! Gerard arrived within 10 minutes on Sunday. He resolved the issue very quickly. Our lock is super secure one ! He was professional, honest and super talented. Would HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.DON'T CALL ANY OTHER LOCKSMITH !!! Our story just before reaching out Gerard. We have a super secure lock and normally it is really hard to solve our case. First we called someone and agreed on price. When he came to our door, he said I can not open this without break the lock and you should pay 450£ in total because I'll change lock as well. We said no thanks this is way above the number that we agreed. He asked for cancellation fee and we didn't pay any money. DON'T PAY because this is a fraud. Second call was also same we said don't send someone and we want to make sure about pricing first. They said ok but we need your postcode to make sure your location and someone will call you just after this one to talk about pricing. After 15 mins nobody called us and we called them back. They said we're on the way so you should pay cancellation fee. It was a nightmare that's why you should call Gerard :)

We had a number of frustrating problems with several locks in our flat. Called Gerard and he immediately responded, having me send some photos on WhatsApp and giving me some theories. He communicated frequently, visited within a couple of days and then worked incredibly quickly on three doors/locks, changed one lock for us and got the others working. Highly recommend Gerard he was expert and great to deal with!
