Order never delivered, they scam you through apps “just eats” and ubereats. Do not trust them it’s 7 am rn I was suppose to get my food TWO HOURS AGO. I’m trying to get these apps to banned this fake restaurant. Disgusting behavior.

The food arrived late, it was cold, and missing an item. I called to ask for a refund for the missing item - the person on the phone yelled at me, refused to refund me, then hung up the phone. I called 2 more times to try and sort it out, but both times he did the same thing and hung up the phone. They just wanted to keep the money without giving anything in return. Absolutely disgusting “customer service” - if you could even call it that. Horrible attitude.

Paid 25 pounds for a mediocre pizza and a 7 pound salad that looks like it was put together with scraps. Would definitely avoid and not recommend

Avoid at all cost. Worst pizza ever and worst costumer service, absolutely no manners at all. “Large” burned pizza costing £17 is actually the smallest and most disgusting pizza that you can imagine. What else can you expect from establishment with multiple names, all different on various platforms.

Asked for a certain type of pizza and got something completely different . NOT WHAT WAS ORDERED!! Went to complain and they called me a liar, saying that what I received was what was ordered. NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. A complete rip off. DON’T USE THIS PLACE…WORST SERVICE AND AWFUL PIZZAS

Hands down the best pizza in London. Great staff too so I’m completely baffled by the negative reviews. Don’t believe them, try for yourself and you will be pleased
