Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Doncaster South

Super efficient service and car exceeded my expectations.

Where to start , booked online for a set location , the location was closed , no one bothered to ring me to inform me of this , I paid for a taxi to the closed location then had to pay another taxi to go to the open location , I booked for a focus or similar size car and got a small clio, .. the company does not care about the customers at all

Nothing but good to say about this place. Regularly used for business travel and offer a pick up/drop off service from Doncaster Station. Though if you're minded for a walk it's about 15 minutes away. Ohla and Reece were great today.

As always great vehicles staff are friendly but beware there's no safe place to park your own cars, if you give enough notice they are happy to drop a vehicle off or arrange to pick you up. The staff are always happy to help in anyway they can & some do indeed go the extra mile. Which is a refreshing change these day's.

I am from Australia and this is our second experience with this company because the first was so good. This time around was even better. After taking a Jeep Trail hawk to Scotland and having no issues, awesome car by the way,We thought we'd give them another go, well ! Things only got better they upgraded us to a luxury car for free and what a time we are having.If you treat the cars with respectyou get the same in return .Good on you Oana you made our holiday.

Car provided was clean and the service Enterprise provided was efficient and friendly. Whilst this was arranged by the Insurance Company, we had to leave our bank card details with Enterprise by way of a £1.00 charge. This was refunded on return of the car without delay.

Hi after my accident I should get car from Enterprise Doncaster on first date of collection they prepare for me to small car my original car is A6 it's large premium car they prepare for me Mercedes C class it's lower size car.After when I was spoke with my insurer about this they should find me car at the same clas like my they said to me they don't have anything on stock and I need wait, after 4 days I ve got call about new car for me they offered Audi A5 off course is not big enough but I was agree now to send my car to valuation for repair.Toda I should collect car at 02.00 pm and just 40 minute before collection they called about defect of car mainly flat tyre and car will be ready at 05.00 today but on this hrs they closing site.I am think they will be not prepare car today .I am really disappointed about service we waiting for hire car now 2 week and we still don't have car.They cannot sort you car at timeThey cannot prepare car suit for youThey contact with clients is badKeep far away from Enterprise.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Enterprise.After travelling from Tasmania we firstly had an amazing Jeep for a week's trip to Scotland .It was extraordinarily comfortable and up to date vehicle.Our second hire was for an SUV which we were upgraded to a compact BMW..what a car!Our service rep Oana was truly professional and we cannot speak highly enough!We had used this company 6 years earlier and had the same professional service.Thankyou Enterprise and Oana for making our holiday so special!

These places are not right. When you bring your car and take it back, if you haven't taken a picture before, they will make excuses to steal your money anyway. If you look at this picture of this picture of the tire may be 3 months ago, if the tire is new, the replacement must be black, but if the replacement is new, but wants to replace me. They charged me £2000 for a tire that was damaged when I got it

My first experience with enterprise is last. I strongly recommend to avoid enterprise. My car bmw at repair and bmw arranged hire car fromEnterprise. And enterprise only allowed to provide me BMW. But they didn’t. They said none available at their branch so I had to take on emergency basis Vauxhall 2018 zafira which is so dirty and old car. I asked if I’m able to change at London branch they said yes. From next day till 10 days I keep trying to change the car they said no automatic available. I decided to go branch to talk and the branch staff said they will get fine if they give me any car except BMW AFTER a week I found new Info. And they said no bmw available their branch. They checked online none GREATER LONDON available bmw which is complete lie . I said ok change the car to any other car then because it’s dirty and my children not getting in the car. As I have to keep the car for longer period I need to change it. They didn’t change the car only saying we will be FINED for giving any car except BMW. Although they gave me Vauxhall not BMW. I completely did not understand the service of ENTERPRISE. I had very bad experience and I will not recommend to any of my friends and family.
