The Care Shop (Dumfries)

Really helpful staff from booking over the phone, to collection on the day when the man showed us how to dismantle the scooter we were hiring and put it in the boot of the car. Very reasonably priced hire and excellent service.

Barry arrived monday as planned. Got my wheelchair working (had left brakes on)Excellent.

Extensive stock of aids for persons with a disability. Very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable staff. If you need it they will have it.

The care shop goes out there way to help .I phoned about some thing to today. And Barry looked up the price and said want it is.The staff are allways very polite and very helpful to.

It has been a few months since i needed there help but got to say they were fantastic and most accommodating, lovely bright voices on the phone that makes so much difference, got to thankyou all so much totally recommend .

Very friendly staff who will do above and beyond. Nothing is to much hassle and very knowledgeable. Great value for money and best of all, it's a local family firm

What a lovely bunch of folks. I rang in with a issue with my power wheelchair. Neave was an absolute delight. I was in a bit of a tizzand apprehensive about leaving my house again. Barry the repair chap, rang me the following day,( when he was back in) unfortunately I could not speak at the time. I rang in today, Barry was excellent he reassured me my wheelchair and it's disco flashing lights , meant it had entered sleep mode. I have been house bound for over 6 months. Just finding my feet again( as such) . I have no hesitation in recommending this really friendly, professional company. Thank you very much. Whenever I need a service or a fix I will travel the 180 miles round trip without hesitation.Very sadly I have come across an awful lot of rogues in the mobility business.These are truly a professional business, please do not hesitate to visit them or give them a call, everyone I've spoken to has been lovely, when I have forgotten words, used the wrong ones etc. I have not felt a fool. Thank you very much .

About 3 months ago I got a mobile scooter the guy ( don't know his name ) was extremely helpful and very patient Thank you

We are tourists visiting Dumfries and Galloway. A problem with a wheelchair in our party. They couldn't actually help but knew the cycle shop around the corner could. Friendly and wanted to help. A credit to Dumfries. Thank you.

I needed a key for my wife's scooter , unfortunately it was one of those that was an oddity none of the usual manufacturers keys fitted .These lovely people not only got me a key but they came to where we were staying ,all for £8.95p They really care
