When you register you don't get any confirmation email and you cannot even get in touch with them via email.

Absolutely shocking- they overcharged me due to their glitchy website. I’ve been chasing for the last month for my refund, they don’t answer the office phone nether, and the unrelated mobile number linked to them via google isn’t related and is for microchips. They stated 5-10 days… doesn’t take a mathematician to clearly see it’s been long enough! I’ll form a series of events and send over to Trading Standards. I’ll see you in the small claims court if need be… just to prove a point for violation of my consumer rights.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! The recent 5 star reviews are FAKE. I have been trying to contact the company for over 2 months. No answer on emails or phone. I have now reported them to trading standards and they will be going under investigation.If the owners can see this and would like to sort it out email me.

Does looks very dodgy. Doesn't respond at all! Not answering the phone calls, not responding to emails either. Registered my dog, made payments, but on my account says, that I didn't paid for it. How to get in touch with them???

Very easy to use and quick to make account and fill out details. Struggled to upload kc papers onto account but was sorted in a simple email and now it's done. Thank you so much !

Breeder done there bit and nothing for 4 month so I contacted the breeder who got in touch and was told there's back logs (the dogs 4 month old now) pay an extra £24 and we will fast track so he did there fast track is 2 weeks fast forward 2 weeks and still nothing they are just scammer terrible service advice to use another kc if possible

I have been emailing for over a week and trying to call and get in touch for over 2 weeks! What a disgrace of a company to deal with. When ever I call it goes to a micro chipping service, which the guy on the phone seems to know everything about the contact emails and whats app number for DWKC, however I have tried to message on whats app and had no reply, also no reply to my email as of yet, we have all our dogs registered with them so it be ashame to go elsewhere as we have built our brand around DWKC. It took awhile before to get our paperwork but when it come it was impressive, i hope some one can get in touch, regards - Harvey Cooper from Boutique Pups
