This was really the best barber I have ever seen

I feel cheated by this barbershop. I visited for the first time a month ago and the attention was excellent. For a cut to zero and a beard trim they charged me £12. I found it great. I returned again for the same cut (shaved head and a beard trim) and this time they charged me £18. This time it was different people and this has given me the understanding that they have a different price for each person. I explained to them my annoyance and their response was that there is a barber shop down the street that charges £8 and started laughing at me. I felt very offended and humiliated so will not be returning.
