When I entered Joy Spa Therapy I was met by a beautiful lady called Joy, she was to be my massage therapist, I was a little nervous at first but with her gorgeous smile and her gracious manner she put me at ease immediately, she offered me a drink and took me through to her treatment room where we discussed why I needed a massage, she was professional and friendly and took notice of why I was there, Joy made me feel so comfortable and relaxed...Her treatment room, jacuzzi and sauna are second to none... I opted for a sauna and massage ... the sauna was great but her massage technique was aThai/Swedish and was truly amazing.Thank you Joy and I look forward to seeing you on my next visit.John

A step towards heaven.We had a beautiful day, me and my wife. A half an hour in sauna, then jacuzzi followed by 1 hour of sports, deep tissue and Thai oil massage from an highly qualified, certified and exceptionally talented masseuses.It is a clean and representable place with relaxing atmosphere and talented staff.Will definitely recommend for a good and relaxing day out.

Went there for waxing services . Joy is very attentive , professional and friendly. One of the best waxing places I have been too. I am a regular there. She also has a beautiful spa experience. Highly recommended .

Took Uber to location, got there 30 minutes early. Place was locked up. I waited 45 minutes, until 15 minutes past my appointment time and no one showed up. Tried calling and emailing with no response. Took another Uber back to hotel. Now trying to get a refund on pre-payment. Very frustrating!

I searched for a good spa within the area and read some reviews about this place, so I decided to give it a try. Joy was my beautiful masseuse and was extremely knowledgeable. She spent extra time working out my painful back area an even showed me some stretching exercises to keep it under control. I will 100% return on my next visit to Newcastle.
