Attentive staff, delicious food. My wife and I went here at 4pm on a Sunday (after skipping lunch), hoping to catch the Sunday roast but we're too late unfortunately.Instead, we had cocktails until 5:30 when the kitchen opened for dinner. The staff were very communicative and attentive.I ordered the 10oz rib-eye steak, rare, no sauce. My wife ordered the American burger.The steak was cooked perfectly. It was accompanied by half a caramelised Spanish onion and an onion roux, as-well-as a portion of shoestring fries. Again, all expertly cooked and presented. My wife's burger was also well-made with coleslaw and fries. The bacon was uniform and crispy and burger sauce kept it moist.The food bill came to £42. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the mood for the classics.

Lovely food, lovely staff and very accommodating. After being unsure on what to have, the fish and chip burger was delicious. Thank you for making us feel welcome and for squeezing us in on a very busy evening.

So many places to choose from in Torquay and we chose this place on a whim. We were not disappointed! The food was amazing and the service warm and friendly. Spoke to a couple on the next table and they had eaten there the night before and decided to go back. That's all the recommendation you need

Tried here for the first time as wasn't open the last time we were in Torquay, it came highly recommended we were not disappointed, the staff are very friendly and the menu was second to none, the food was excellent and all locally sourced, I had a steak and it just melted in your mouth, my partner had a H16 burger and he thoroughly enjoyed it, we decided to book for Sunday lunch as well and it was amazing it will now be our go to venue for food whenever we are down that way - Book in advance to avoid disappointment - Top marks for all the staff. Next time i will take photos of the delicious food

Had lunch here, my husband had the pork cheek on sourdough with garlic mushrooms and he said it was lovely, I wasn’t that hungry soo just had a bowl of chips, they were supposed to be triple cooked & chunky but they were more like soggy roast pots. Also there’s no disabled toilet (hence the low over all score)

Wow!! We loved it so much that we returned three evenings in a row for heavenly Fish & Chips, fantastic Chicken Souvlaki and very caring staff. Thank you :)

Definitely the gem of Torquay upmarket dining a concise and professional menu that absolutely shines with what it has to offer from the perfectly cooked ribeye (celeriac puree was out of this world) generous souvlaki portion to the belly busting burgers.Will’s service was top class with great humour, menu knowledge and professionalism whilst not overdoing the fine dining aspect and kept it casual which we liked and definitely preferred.Only slight nit pick any of us could find with the showstopper that is Harbour 16 was that it was very hot upstairs once at capacity but other than that it was a meal to remember.

We visited Harbour16 this weekend on a trip to Torquay and really enjoyed it. Both my partner and I ordered the veggie breakfast burrito which was stuffed full of good things. Only feedback would be to add a sauce of some sort for a bit more flavor.We sat right outside in the sun on the harbour. It was great vibes all around!
