Great independent plant shop that's well worth a visit. I have been in a few times and the staff have always been so kind and offered advice, including on plants I hadn't bought there and were not doing great at home. The plants I have bought from there are all still Hale and hearty - and unusual too. My favourite is Spanish Moss which I have never found for sale in the UK before.The shop itself is much bigger than you'd think too with lots of choice that is constantly changing.

Such a beautiful find in Cathays, stunning layout and is actually a huge shop! It’s next to a really lovely cafe so the perfect vibes to browse and grab a coffee/snack

A sparkling gem! The plant variety is amazing. Every plant is loved here. You can even get master crafted soil for each plant you purchase. I'm in love. I will be returning very often!!

Lovely plant shop with a wide range of options, both common and more unusual. They are really friendly and happy to give advice, including on your existing plants as well as anything you buy or are considering. I have had several plants of various types and sizes from them - all are healthy and thriving, with two doing so well that I have had to repot them within the first year. This is located in a great row of local shops with Waterloo Tea, Wing Shack and Dough&Co - all of which would get five stars as well!

Incredibly extensive selection of plants and other useful stuff such as pots and soil. The owner helped me out a lot with any questions I had, I'd definitely recommend popping in if you have any plant-related needs.

Great indie plant shop in Roath! They help me every time I come in and ask for help with repotting and where I should be keeping my plant as well as what plant is best for what room. Amazing plants and the venue is huge! Very whimsical to visit, like walking through an indoor forest!

The Elephants Ear team hosted out daughters 13th birthday party. It was terrific. A bespoke terrarium masterclass for 10. There was an abundance of kit and bits and pieces and boxes to take the creations home. Expertly led , fun filled, creative, kind, well priced and in a setting that triggered a selfie tsunami. It rocked.
