Had a stage 1 supplied and fitted. Really great service by Jamie, he was so helpful and knowledgeable. Jamie and the whole team at Norwich give exceptional service, they are responsive to your needs and nothing is to much trouble. Great shop, great products, great guys.

Turned my frown upside down.I ran into some issues after booking my ride in with the dealership to have a service, fork seal replacement & brake overhaul. Regrettably, it took some time for the necessary parts to arrive which left me without a vehicle for several weeks.After airing my grievances, the team at Lind sorted all my issues & went above & beyond to reunite me with my bike. While it took some time, the quality of work is top-drawer & I ride safe in the knowledge it's been carried out by qualified HD mechanics who know my bike better than anyone else!

Brilliant customer service. Visited the showroom to enquire how to get access to the battery on my son's bike. Not only did Keith demonstrate but lent him a jump start battery pack. He also said if he couldn't get it started, he could push it to the workshop and he would charge it overnight as son did not want it left in central Norwich street overnight. A credit to the dealership.
