Absolutely fantastic experience dealing with Cheryl she was really helpful throughout the whole chain and I don’t think we would be moving as quick as we are had it not been for her help and expertise, she was on hand every step of the way and made something that was so stressful so much easier I honestly cannot thank her enough for all her help and patience, she has really gone above and beyond, I couldn’t of asked for more

If I could put a rating it would be a 0, absolutely rubbish. Rang 3 times and left a message for agents to call back to arrange a viewing on a property. Rang 4th time and now property sold. Will never use the agents for any future buying/selling.

We were doubtful when Zac promised a quick sale but he delivered and we completed within 10 weeks of getting the house on the market. Can’t recommend the team enough for their professionalism, market awareness and being so competent and pleasant to deal with. Make these guys your first port of call if you are serious about selling!

From meeting Zak at the valuation to him handing the keys to me on moving day, I couldn’t of asked for a more personal service. Newton Fallowell were nothing but amazing!! Being local really helped as it wasn’t the easiest sale, but they helped me through it every step of the way . We achieved a sale in less the two weeks and sold for above asking price! Even when the property was down valued, they managed to renegotiate me the best price. The best Estate Agents I have dealt with - Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

House was sold in one 'open house' viewing (which NF recommended for me in my situation) and got a good few bids...much easier than having multiple viewings.Cheryl Keeble, the Sales Progressor was supportive, a great communicator and a huge support to me in what has been a very stressful time. I was never made to feel like a nuisance which, these days, is great customer service. Would highly recommend.

As a buyer we haven’t had a great experience using the Newton Fallowell branch in Syston, when putting an offer in on a property and getting updates you want an estate agent that is quick to respond and easy to get in touch with, we haven’t had phone calls answered all day and not even had any acknowledgement of the house we where trying to purchase being taken off the market having made 2 offers. Would not use again.

One of the worst when it comes to customer service. They never return your call. I bought a house sold by them & when I raised an enquiry in March, the guy I spoke to said I am a part owner & I will definetly sort it out within 2 weeks. It is literally over 3 months now. No calls.
