I have used Balmer for a sale and as a landlord for rentals. The whole team are knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and efficient. All of my tenants are happy and so am I! Properties are maintained so stay at a high standard at very reasonable rates. Tenants are vetted rigorously and have all been great. Management rates are very competitive and the service is comprehensive. I suggest you give Zoe and the team a call it will be the best decision you make.

I can’t thank Zoe at Balmer and Co enough for the help and on going support in finding me the perfect affordable property after months of looking else where. She has been so consistent and got the ball moving very quickly to ensure I was able to move into the property in an ideal timeframe making sure every last detail was completed with jobs that needed doing in the house and made everything simple and stress free.This company is the only company I have dealt with where the customer service has been 5* definitely recommend Balmer and Co if you’re looking to move.

Zoe is a fantastic agent to deal with.She found a tennant with-in a week and the tennant had moved in with-in two week. Zoe professionally had the gardens transformed and the interior decorated with-in a few days. Amazing performance. I would highly recommend Zoe to manage any property!

My partner and I recently moved into a property that is managed by Balmer and Co, we had a bit of an issue with the plumbing. We contacted Balmer and Co and received a response the next day from Zoe. Since reporting Zoe has not stopped until the issue was resolved. I cannot thank Zoe enough she went through to every effort to keep me informed and to get the problem sorted as soon as possible. Our experience with Balmer & Co has been excellent. Communication with Zoe was great from the start, with all our emails and queries being answered quickly and once we’d applied for our dream property everything was sorted for our chosen move in date.
