Worst company ever. They took 30 min to answer phone calls and they are very inefficient in solving problems!

An atrocious company with the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I’ve been a loyal customer for 2 years with a good sized sports and broadband package.I initially called with 2 months remaining on my contract to cancel, this was due to increasing charges which I believe warrants a choice to leave, as they’re changing prices to something you haven’t agreed. They wouldn’t allow it and blamed inflation.Then when my contract was up I called again, and then they said I have to wait ANOTHER 30 days even though I’m out of contract. This is doubly awful because I called 60 days prior stating my wish to discontinue upon completion of the contract.With me being away with military and my partner working in a stretched NHS, there isn’t enough time in the day to spend harassing BT to cancel contracts, they use this to their advantage and squeeze as much cash out of you as possible.Immoral. Shameful.GB25699909 is my account number. If the team reading this have any morals they will refund the past 3 months that I’ve been trying to leave. Then I’ll know there at least a tiny bit of character to this company. Don’t refer me to another team. I don’t have time to waste.
