Terrible service. They delivered a parcel to my property, took photo and then took parcel back with them. My cctv can verify this. I've tried phoning endless times but no answer and emailing several times with no response. The phone number on the card they left me is invalid. The card doesn't even have a consignment number on it. I give up.

SC TUFFNELLS WENT INTO ADMINISTRATION ON MONDAY JUNE 12TH!!They had been trying to deliver an order to me since Thursday June 8th to an address IN THEIR OWN AREA that is over 13 miles from where I live - even though they have MY CORRECT ADDRESS!! (as confirmed by the Seller's online Invoice for the item I bought). It looks like they are still trading by taking business in BUT THEY ARE NOT MAKING ANY DELIVERIES & THEY ARE NOT RETURNING GOODS BACK TO THE SELLERS - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED - KEEP CLEAR OF SC TUFFNELLS.

Driver marked the item as delivered but it's nowhere to be found. At home all day and nobody knocked or rang the bell (or my phone). Called the customer service in Belvedere branch and they said they cannot even contact the driver which hasnt added any proof of delivery. When i questioned about the level of service, the rep said this is our service" and hung up on me."

Terrible. Delivery turned up last week with something missing. Booked for redelivery yesterday. Email stated the package had been delivered and theres nothing. Theyve told Wickes that its been delivered, but no evidence of anything signed for/ picture. Defo foul play going on with drivers in this company

DO NOT USE!!!!They don't turn up for collection and don't bother to notify you that they aren't coming either. I have waited in for 2 whole days from 9-6pm and they haven't showed, despite me making numerous calls and being told I am scheduled for collection but both days they ran out of time. Very Very Poor, am surprised they are still in business

They don’t even deserve one star. Waited in for 10 hours for them. At 7pm they changed the out for delivery status back to arrived at local depot. Truly awful company all round

Suppose to get a delivery. Never contact me. Parcel is claimed as delivered. When calling they told me to get sender to sort it out. Its a joke. Wonder what they done to my delivery. Can not recommend Tuffnells at all. Sad and frustrating such experience!

Still awaiting a large expensive parcel that apparently has been delivered. This has not been delivered. Cannot reach the company via phone. Wondering if its worth going to the depot but what will they tell me there? The reviews on this page say it all really. The drivers must be thieves. Avoid avoid avoid

Shockingly bad company, the drivers simply can't be bothered to turn up for a collection. We've missed a few next day deadlines as Tuffnells simply don't show up. Whats the point of being in business then if you can't provide the service. You can't get through to the depot, nobody answers the phones. Apparently your call is important to them, but holding for 30minutes tells me otherwise.
