Absolutely an amazing carpet company, from the minute we walked in the door, we was greeted By Mark who explained everything nothing was too much trouble ,we had the carpet fitted , it is truly the best carpet I have ever walked on its so thick and luxurious, great company and amazing staff . Very impressed with the customer service. The carpets we purchased are lovely, high quality for a good price. However we are very disappointed with the fitting. Within 6 months of being fitted the edges were fraying and lifting, now (9 months from purchase) there is bubbling on 2 of the rooms we had fitted. For this reason we wouldn't use them again.

We were a bit nervous ordering after seeing some other reviews and given that we wanted the carpets before Xmas... But we didn't need to worry as Remland carpets were great. They kept us well informed throughout the process, carpets arrived on time, and particularly impressed with their delivery driver who couldn't be more helpful. Thanks

Nice guys and brilliant service. We called in near closing time and bought a really small remnant of lino at a bargain price. I asked if they sold double sided sticky tape to hold it down and they only sell large rolls. So the guy found me an open roll and handed it to me saying use what you need and bring the rest back when it's convenient for you". Fantastic. we'll certainly be back when we have a bigger order to place!"

Would highly recommend Remland Carpets! They came and fitted vinyl (lino) flooring in our kitchen and did such a great job. They turned up exactly when they said they would and had it all done within an hour! They were polite, cheerful, terrible at singing and thoroughly professional throughout. We didn't want to move our fridge or washing machine and just asked them to do what they could - you wouldn't even know they didn't move anything! It looks fantastic (see photo). Floor and fitting cost us £150 :)
