New:They need to get a new toaster as they've had to microwave two subs (due to their toaster being broken) over the course of a month.Last one was luke warm flaccid; I'm sure there's a joke somewhere in there.Good food. Pity they charge £5:30 for a foot long sub now, but that's the government's fault (though even if the GBP becomes a stronger" currency I highly doubt they'll go back to the old price.They have one really decent

Customer service was brilliant and food was good too. However I wasn't impressed with the lack of recycling facilities. Everything went into the same bin.

Was asked by a friend to get her son the veggie subway with just tomatoes and ketchup. Looked the the menu and saw veggie delite so ordered with just tomatoes and ketchup. Not one of the three workers thought this was unusual or bothered to ask if this was correct. Got home to discover I had a sub roll with just ketchup and tomatoes .....costing £2.70. I know it was my fault for ordering the wrong thing in the first place but honestly subway, do your staff have zero initiative??? I won't ever be back.

I love this subway, it's my favourite subway store in Belfast.Its normally quite, and not much of a que unless it's lunch time on a week day.Small store, very clean and has great staff. There are very friendly and make a great sub!Has a good selection of crisp and cookies at all times. With the opinion of bottles or a cup.Service normally take around 5 minutes. So in a order and sat down to eat in 5 min.

Two foreign staff argued with me on what I wanted in My sandwich. Then tried to charge me extra. Far nicer sandwichs on up the road in Bracken services and cheaper. Won't be back near those 2 idiots!

I got large meal deal 1 and small meal deal 1, both meant to come with a cookie but there were missing, also gave me wrong drinks. Not great service

This is by far the best subway I've ever been served at. Staff are very friendly and efficient, would 100% recommend. Ate my delicious footlong BLT in peace and was asked how my food was after devouring such masterpiece. I will come back again very soon. Thank you subway :)

According to Google, and the Subway website, this restaurant is open until 11p.m. When I arrived at 10:45, the store was shuttered and there was no human in sight. It had clearly been closed for quite a while. FIX YOUR HOURS ONLINE OR STAY OPEN AS LONG AS POSTED.
