Carpetright

Ordered a mattress on Monday the 10th July, had to pay in full - £800. Informed that delivery would be between 2 - 3 weeks and we would receive a phone call from the distribution centre giving us a 3 hour time slot. We received a text on Wednesday the 19th July saying the mattress would be delivered on Monday the 31st July which would make it the full 3 weeks from ordering. Received a text at teatime today the 28th July, not the promised phone, call to say the mattress will be delivered on the 31st between 6.30 and 8.30 a.m. What time ??? There was no link so I had to ring Rhenus, the distributors. The advisor said she could change the day but the time would be the same. I told her 6.30 - 8.30 a.m. is a 2 hour slot not 3! It's coming from Northwich which is only an hour away. She then said if the time was inconvenient the mattress could be left in a safe place or the garden! I told her we were going to apply for a refund and was told to do this we would have to go back to Carpetright or is it Sleepright?We rang Carpetright and spoke to the man who sold us the mattress. He said it was up to the distributors what time they could deliver but he would email Rhenus informing them we weren't happy but they would reply back to us and not Carpetright and it might not be today. We told him the whole process was unacceptable and we wanted a refund. He said we can not have a refund because we were out of the cancellation time! We bought the mattress from Carpetright, not Rhenus. We should be able to get a straightforward refund from Carpetright. It is up to them to sort out this problem with Rhenus, it's their choice to use them.Overall, the attitude of the sales assistant at Carpetright was condescending. It is now turned 6 p.m. Not a clue what is happening on Monday morning.Not good after sales service is it Carpetright???

We visited Carpet Right Ashton to get some carpet for a bedroom a few months ago. Had brilliant service and ended up getting getting the stairs and two bedrooms carpeted and both bathroom floors fitted. Brilliant quality and fitting.We went back today to get the remaining bedroom done. Again, brilliant service and quality. Quick fitting appointments.

Always a fantastic experience.There was a fantastic choice of carpets. The Sales Rep, Adnan Malik, was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and made sure we got the best deal for the carpet we chose.

I popped to the store to resolve an issue at another branch and the manager, Malik, could not have been more helpful. He was really eager to get to the bottom of the issue and ensure that it was resolved positively. Absolutely exemplary customer service.

So impressed with my visit to Carpetright at the Snipe Retail Park yesterday. Special thank you to Malik the Manager, who went out of his way to advise me on the best carpet for my living room. No pressure, just friendly and professional. I will definitely return for any flooring I need in the future.

Went into store and was greeted by Malik who was amazing. He gave me some great infomation on many different carpets and underlay, great product knoledge. He wasnt pushy into getting me to buy on the spot, but made me confident in making my decision on which carpet to go with.Would recommend using 100%

Would definitely recommend this place, I came in unsure of what carpet I was looking for, and Malik the store manager was great! He Really assisted me and helped me find the perfect carpet. Friendly staff, great prices and very helpful.
