Could not be happier with the service I received! Alterations and repairs were carried out on a number of garments, and alterations were made to two pairs of curtains. Even managed to fix a coat that I thought was beyond repair! Sue can work magic with a sewing machine. The work was done to a beautiful standard, great value for money, and extremely fast too! Absolute pleasure to have been a customer of these lovely people, highly HIGHLY recommend! They went out of their way to make things easy for me, going above and beyond my expectations. I will definitely be coming to them with future work. Thank you so much!

Had a bridesmaid dress altered to fit during pregnancy. Was done in a good time and brilliant price. They are so lovely and kind and really reassured me as I thought I was going to have to get a new dress! I had a corset type back put in and the zip removed, At the wedding people commented on my back of the dress being nicer than the originals!! Super happy and would 100% recommend!

Had a hole in my running leggings fixed. They were really lovely, it was quickly done and such a good fix. Can hardly notice where the hole was before. So good! Can totally recommend and would trust them with my clothes again. Thank you!

I have used Sue - Sew n Sew business for a while now on numerous alterations…. From dress zip replacement, trousers hems taken up, jacket repairs. It’s usually a quick return and professional service. No complaints.

I have been using them for coming up to 3 years. Prices are competitive and the quality of the work is exemplary. Particularly impressed with the work on a pair of selvedge denim jeans (not an easy job). Would recommend to anyone I knew.

Was desperately searching for someone to adjust some curtains we bought for our holiday let before we shut it up for the season. Having rang a few in the Hayle area I widened the search which is where we contacted Sew & Sew.I was please to be told it was no problem and could I drop the curtains off, she would possibly do the alterations that evening.The next day having dropped them off the day before, true to her word, the curtains were ready.We are really pleased with the work carried out by Sew & Sew and the price. We will use them again.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, i do not recommend! After having a quick consultation to see what work needed to be done to alter my wedding dress I left. I quickly called back to check if she could do something else for my dress and to also ask if she had wedding dress experience as there was nothing on her Google reviews to say so either- an understandable question to ask for someone that doesn't know you. Especially since wedding dresses can be be a specialist area.i then shortly after received a TEXT saying I could collect my dress as she didn't want to do it anymore as she felt offended I'd asked about her experience. She was very rude and inconsiderate, didn't even phone me to explain why, instead she continued to list her experience in a nasty text. I then called her instantly to apologise as I felt awful she'd been offended as this was not something I wanted to do! She then hung up on me whilst trying to talk to her on the phone and then refused to answer the phone to me. I was nothing but nice, kind, and polite to her and her lack of customer service is shocking. If she is that fragile she can't have someone asking about her experience without turning your business away then she seriously can't be trusted and needs to do some sort of customer service training. I was terrified my dress has been damaged by her and she quite frankly upset me as I don't expect to be treated this way as a new customer either. I'd go else where with better reviews and service!
