I have found 'Falcon Chauffeurs' to be very reliable and 'fit for purpose'. I have arranged a chauffeur service through them, for some of my clients in Moscow, who were travelling on a private flight and needed some security protocols to be observed/followed. I was highly satisfied, when I had a phone call from the client's security detail stating that 'Thanks a million, everything went smoothly and as planned'. I was so relieved and couldn't thank enough for your team in Moscow to handle that sensitive booking, very maturely and efficiently. So once again, Big Thank You to Falcon Chauffeurs.

Falcon chauffeurs are untrustworthy they will ask the chauffeur driver to do a job for them and when you finish the job they won't pay you! Very bad experience with them not only that but if you try to ask them a question they will remove you from their watsapp group and block you too. I will take this to tfl but I will urge you team truspilot not to put a risk to riders as well as drivers. Because we always count on trust pilot reviews. When we see a company with good trust pilot review we work for them so please I can't emphasis more to investigate the behind the scenes what Falcon chauffeurs are doing. Thank you

Its been an absolute pleasure to take a ride home via falcon chauffeurs. Have used their services a couple of time and on both ocassions they have always been before time, they have been professional and the drivers i must mentione were very professional. I have no doubt that whenever i need a chauffeur i will book falcon chauffeur. I would highly recommend them.

Great service. Driver kept my in touch by text once we had landed to let us know he was waiting for us and whereabouts. Friendly and helpful driver and a very comfortable vehicle. The transfer from airport to airport went smoothly no stress! Can thoroughly recommend Falcon Chauffeurs and will certainly use again.
