I haven't visited this branch yet as I'm disabled and have a dog with severe separation anxiety so leaving her with anyone is a problem so I have to look online and ask a friend to shop for me.I was extremely happy with my purchases and its so much cheaper than ebay to shop at.for example I paid £30 for a shoe rack on ebay,the same shoe rack was £12 at b&m.Cant wait to visit myself.

Nice friendly staff good range of products but was a bit messy must of had stock delivery as there were piles of products in the Isle waiting to be put out and people and staff were getting in each others way

B&M has got unique home decoration and other home needs at affordable prices.However,there should be a little improvement as regards restocking “out of stock” goods/letting customers know it’s not available.I was generally impressed about the store anyways

Great place to find a bargain. Great prices. Only let down was the amount of delivery and stock everywhere on a busy Saturday. Made social distancing difficult in a very busy store.

New B&M Store that opened on Thu 7th Nov 19;location is where the previous Homebase store was;before they went bust;this new store very large and excellent stock and range of merchandise;this store gets very busy as the next nearest B&M Store is in Farlington;Portsmouth a number of miles away.I visited on a Sunday afternoon and it was exceptionally busy;also traffic backed up on the main road leading to Ocean Retail Park where this store is located;thus would recommend avoiding weekend's especially Sunday's if you want to avoid the crowds.

We needed assistance finding something and Jackie helped us she walked us over to the isle and helped us find witch one is best for us (although she was doing her job ) she spoke with passion and a really nice person to have at B&M she even compliment me and my friend at the end.
