1 star mostly because the first thing i mentioned was that i don't have a towel or slippers (now they provide towels but that's not the problem here!) what they forgot to mention was that the stairs are very slippery especially those from 2nd level to the 3rd be very careful if you go there pay extra attention and good luck to you! because of the wood without any protection and safety precautions i went down very fast from those stairs luckily for me i didn't break anything and 1 thing is sure i will never be back there for the rest of my life! otherwise the place was clean but they really should mentioned the stairs are very slippery up there!

Visiting for the weekend and have to say, I love this place, it's impeccably clean with plenty of hot guys to go around whatever your type. Also witnessed the manager removing a particularly rude aggressive customer which put me at ease as gay saunas should be a safe place after all.

Been twice over the last few months. On both occasions there was no more than 8 people with an average age of 70 in the place. Seems more of a community centre for the gay senior citizen community. Small place with some seriously steep stairs. On both occasions none of the showers had any soap and the showers run for about 20 seconds when you press the button, not a major issue but you do expect soap in these sort of places.

The venue itself is lovely, relatively big. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place is spotless, even the cruising area. Pretty shame, it was absolutely empty, only a few old guys chased one young lad. The garden is nice, looks good with the wooden floor. Sauna and steam room were closed due this covid19. The jacuzzi is outside, was very clean, and enjoyed sitting in hot water for an hour. The advertise should be better of this place. I would recommend it for all, but if it is empty like yesterday people won't visit again. This fact is not the fault of the place, I think the gay life and generally the sexual habits have changed since people can easily find fun on apps... There are lots of cheap car parks around. Went for first time yesterday. Was really impressed with the guy on reception: very nice friendly and welcoming. Showed brilliant customer service. Personally I prefer another particular venue in Blackpool (you probably know which one) but that's personalpreference. I did find the prices for drinks expensive in comparison but he let me have it on the house being my first time and all which was kind.

They were not very accommodating and think some saunas have a much more laid back attitude. Seems kinda shabby in some areas and definitely room for improvement. Staff was like a bull terrier, did get a great blow though

Had a lovely time, most people friendly and chatty. The only bad points are lack of soap or gel in the showers, and no free water to drink.
