John has been excellent at finding the fault with my Beosound 9000 and successfully repairing and also servicing it.Others have tried and not succeeded.John collected and returned it after the repair.I thoroughly recommend him for repairing B & O equipment.

John from Merlin Audio Visual was tasked with repairing my B&O Avant 55 TV. He was sent a video of the screen problem and he ordered a replacement ‘video engine’ / master circuit board.He kept me well informed and the part arrived promptly from Denmark. This meant he was therefore able to expedite his visit, correcting the problem and also re-balancing the speakers in the process.I was very impressed by Johns knowledge of B&O products and his efficiency. I would thoroughly recommend Merlin to anyone who has a B&O tecnical problem.
