This company has lovely presents but absolutely no service response by phone or email one might as well try and deal with British Airways or a public utility sad really that they behave in this way

Excellent tags, thank you. Proper engraving, not like that rubbish new laser engraving which lasts 5mins. Extremely prompt service and a lovely quality tag.
