Bought a car from here last week. Loads to choose from at a reasonable price with no hard sell. Everyone was friendly and professional and I received excellent customer service. Would highly recommend.

Audi A5 , have been looking for an A5 for a while , this place does some Cat c and N repaired vehicle's which i have owned in the past so i know what to expect .spotted a stunning grey black edition v6 A5 on eBay and messaged to arrange a viewing , there guy were very friendly when i arrived , had a good look and test drive , deposit down , returned the following week to collect , 5min into my journey there was i problem , i managed to get home called car house , and they helped me straight away , paid for the repair so very happy .i would highly recommend car house of Britain they have some fantastic cars , good prices too . love my A5 .Happy customer : ) .

Anyone buying a car from Car House of Britian Ltd be careful! 12 month warranty stands for nothing.Make sure you get the warranty on paper before you leave. I also wasn't given a receipt for the car (My fault for not checking, just presumed everything was in the document wallet)Mine had a 12 month warranty bought on 2nd May 2023, its currently in a garage now, which I'm having to pay for (misfiring)On ringing Car House Of Britain,.I was told the car didn't have a warranty & the warranty only covers serious engine failure anyway.When I added the car was still on the website stating 12 month warranty in the description, it was then removed by the company. They was abit slow though, I already took the image.They are now trading at Chadderton, OldhamEdit: upon speaking to the police, is it now a matter of trading standards & small claims court to be involved.I have spoken with the manager of car house of britain again for another chance to resolve this matter and rectify the problem with the car under the 12 month warranty, he is still declining.I have asked for the receipt from the purchase of the car which he has told me I won't be receiving until I remove this review. Unfortunately that won't be happening. I will not be removing the truth about this company!

1* is too generous!Purchased a 3 series BMW last year, and immediately had it checked by two separate mechanics. All breaks were is poor condition (needed replacement ASAP as they were dangerous to drive), the clutch was slipping and headlight bulb was also broken.This is a car that they claimed they checked all over and it was mechanically safe. After brining their issues to them, they ignored the clutch issue (which was the most expensive part ) and replaced the brakes with the cheapest parts possible (I had it checked again), and also they told me that the headlight bulb could not be changed!!! What a load of rubbish, I took it to Halfords and they changed it for £8 and the clutch did cost me £1000 to replace.These guys will do and say anything to sell you a car but once there are problems, they will wash their hands off you and the issues.Also do not pay for the warranty, it’s not worth the paper it’s written on.Save yourselves the headache and go somewhere else, these guys don’t deserve your business. Their prices are low(ish) for a reason.In response to their lousy reply:My driving manner did not cause the clutch slipping, I took the car and drove it for 10 minutes to my mechanic, which I was told that this a previous damage done over a long period of time.Potential customers: these guys will do anything to brush you off, even when you leave a fair review.

A bit of paintwork hides a lot of underlying issues with the cars these folk sell. Mechanical parts held on with tie wraps, parts missing, dangerous mechanical workmanship, just a suggestion after witnessing first hand, scrutinise the car you buy everywhere, not just on the surface. They say they are repaired to Manufacturer Standards, let me give you a few words of advice, STAY CLEAR!! Not sure the manufacturers they talk of could possibly exist...

Be very careful and do your checks before going to them for a car. I am not saying all their cars are bad, but when i arranged viewing i decided to spend 10£ and to car check and turned the car was not only cat n (newer mentioned in their website) but also clocked back nearly 50k miles! After further research it looks like most of their cars are insurence buy backs so do as many checks as you can before buying

Nice and friendly dealership, helped me sorting out my finance and had my car fully serviced and MOTed before collecting it. Would use them again.

Bought a 67 plate mondeo from them and the service was excellent and the car for the age is as you except. Its was a cat N and the repair was done to a excellent condition, there are age and usage marks on the car but its 6 year old so nothing you wouldn't except. The car itself drives and handles like a car with 57000 miles on the clock, and it performs beautifully. Just awaiting the servicebook/manual to be sent through as this wasn't with the car when I collected it, but highly recommend them.
