Ordered Porcelain & Mosaic Tiles for the main bathroom of my house in Devon. Tile & Flooring gave me excellent advice on installation for my fitters as we were starting from scratch. I received a number of samples in the post from which I selected and the tiles were delivered in 2 days from ordering, at a better price than was available locally. Bath Tile and Flooring have just laid a Victorian Tile Path for us. The service was excellent thoughout. They communicated well, gave knowledgable advice and arrived on time as arranged. The tiler paid great attention to detail and the path looks stunning. I'd highly reccommend.

Tile & Floor have influenced the design and feel of our house from top to bottom. The team were instrumental in finding not just creative solutions, but absolutely functional ones for every challenge and issue our space and interior design spec presented. We even tried on baths, so keen were they to make sure everything was perfect. The team worked with our tiler to ensure that what lies beneath our tiles is right, indoors and out, and will protect the tiles for their life span. They were incredibly flexible on timings and worked to ensure deliveries were smooth - our access is far from straightforward, and they liaised with the builders to understand what could and couldn’t be achieved. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough. Exceeding expectations is in the DNA.

I've recently purchased an Oak engineered flooring and experienced excellent service from Tile and Flooring, who were very generous with supplying samples and ensuring we had the best fit for our home.I find I can buy most supplies via their workshop, which is always well stocked and located nearby the showroom.It's great to have good expert advice on our doorstep and the new website resource gives me great Inspo on current trends, which I frequently use when planning the other projects I have in mind! We recently had our kitchen floor replaced and Bath Tile and Flooring were able to offer us an excellent service. They took considerable time and effort in helping us decide on the right tiles for our kitchen and were able to talk us through their extensive range of products in a friendly and expert manner with the sole aim of finding the best product for our requirements. We were kept thoroughly informed throughout the whole process and were delighted with the results. The kitchen looks great and we’re very happy! A great business which we would highly recommend with a superb variety of choices and customer service to match. 5 stars!

We originally visited Tile and Flooring to pick out some tiles for a splashback, but ended up buying two whole bathrooms from them!From the outset, Tile and Flooring took the time to understand our needs and present us with a range of suitable products. Once we'd chosen the style of bathrooms we required, the build process proceeded smoothly, and the project management was exceptional. I have no complaints at all, and would highly recommend to anyone. I only wish they did kitchens, as that is our next project!

Our experience was mixed... We found a great sales team, who were very helpful when we chose our flooring; the fitter was also good, but unfortunately missed a defect in one of the boards. We spoke to T&F via our builder (through whom the works had been booked) and a very helpful gentleman came and informed us that the unit needed replacing, and that at the same time they would address some shrinkage gaps and also fit a threshold to our en suite. After several failed visits by F&T where the wrong threshold had been delivered, or not several times, the defects were never completed. The manager/owner failed to respond to my repeated emails and two visits to the showroom which was very disappointing given the premium you are paying... Would not use again as a result...

We recently used Tile & Floor on London Road for our bathroom refurbishment. We found Simon’s input at the design stage to be very useful especially with 3D drawings..! He helped us clarify exactly what we wanted in the new bathroom and suggested some design features we had not even have considered, including underfloor heating. My husband has difficulty with his mobility and finds the warm floor very pleasant. The tiles recommended by Simon’s team are brilliant and are very comfortable for bare feet which never become slippery, even with the new walk-in shower. Both wall and floor tiles clean very easily. The dual fuel radiator acts as part of the central heating system during winter and a heated towel rail in summer. When the element for the heated towel rail turned out to be faulty, Simon got a replacement sent to us in double quick time. The fitters he recommended were excellent and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The more we use the bathroom, the more pleased we are with the way it functions.

Very happy with the service and materials provided by Tile & Flooring. Tom went the extra mile to get us exactly what we wanted (engineered oak and limestone) and the result is fab. Everyone who visits the house comments on the flooring. And we had a problem recently with scratches on the limestone (entirely our fault!) and he immediately put us in contact with someone who could sort the problem out. It is also nice to feel as though you are supporting a family business rather than a big multiple - independent retailers need all the help they can get!
