Velo Works suppled me with a hand-built high quality back wheel for my bike which is superbly built. Paul was able to advise on the best rim options to allow me to fit the higher volume tyres I prefer. Super communications during the build and the new wheel runs like a dream compared to the original factory wheel.

Paul was clearly very passionate about his work and professional in his attitude, and he was consistently highly communicative with me and responsive to my needs. His repairs to my Brompton and my road bike were excellent quality and very reasonably priced, and he thoroughly explained and discussed them with me beforehand.
