Best customer service I have had from a garage. They also found things on my car that are needing replaced that a Honda specialist couldn’t.

Simply the best ! Very honest people who always put the customer first . Cars ,money don t matter that much , it s the experience , the honesty , it's how they treat their customers , it s the fact that they care that puts them on top of any other service garage at least in Derby and i know quite a few and most of them try to rip you off . This garage is my nr. 1 go to . Although I try to find the best price , i always return to this garage because I like to be surrounded by trustworthy people. Keep up the great work !

Bartek is one of the best mechanics i have come across in Derby. We have been using Monkey Garage for over 7 years for all our mechanical needs and have not been disappointed. A garage you can trust.

Took my car here to try and fix my windscreen wipers within a tight schedule. They spent about 3 hours on it but failed - however they didn't charge me anything for it, which was commendable honesty, hence 5 stars.

Dishonest, untrustworthy garage.Recently had all discs and pads replaced by this garage. Prior to going in my handbrake functioned perfectly. So far simpleUpon completion of the job my handbrake had excess travel. I took it back to Monkey garage to be told that this is because the rear calliper had coincidentally seized at the same time rear discs and pads were replaced. I explained that it was fine before I brought it in, the lady who works behind the desk got all flustered and thrust the keys in my hand and basically said I should go while it's clear outside and that she'd call me with a quote for a replacement calliper later.Got a call later quoting £145, which I disagreed with and informed that I won't be parting with more cash.Ironically she offered me to show me the issue if I could bring the car down again on the ramp, funny she didn't offer to show me earlier that day?! I wonder why?Just had the car MOT'd and serviced by a 'reputable garage' who have simply adjusted the hand brake for a few quid.Absolutely disgusted that there are still chancers in the automotive industry, using old tricks trying to rip people off of their hard earned money, it's a shame really as I have used Monkey garage a few times and found them OK, well never again, I wouldn't recommend them either not after this.They must be desperate for money if they're trying to rip customers off like this...

Super friendly and always give a very accurate expectation of price and check with you before going ahead if they discover anything that changes.If there's a 'shopping list' they'll explain what's a 'do it now', what's a 'next time your in' and what's a 'let it develop'.They are also more than willing to show you exactly what the problem is so you feel included and happy to show you any old parts they've replaced.They have never let me down and genuinely care about customer service.

The best garage in Derby! They find the problem and fix it with no messing around. 100% trust worthy,reliable and qualified car mechanics who actually know what they are doing. This garage booked me in quickly and conducted a check on a car for me, the car was being sold privately and initially I thought the car was pretty good however this garage flagged up a timing chain problem, advised was expensive to replace. Seller wouldnt negotiate so I looked elsewhere for a vehicle. All in all this garage prevented me making a costly mistake. Can't thank them enough. Credit too to Jo the receptionist, very efficient.
