Lawrence did a superb job of fixing a leaky boiler and giving it a full service. He came the day after we got in touch with him and had all the parts on hand. We're planning to contact him again next time we need a service

Rang just before lunch and was offered an afternoon call which was perfect for me finishing work. Fault on boiler soon traced and fixed plus boiler serviced and all at a great price. Realy nice and knowledgeable guy who I recomend highly.

Awesome! Needed a repair when my Baxi combi boiler stopped working all of a sudden. Laurence quickly identified the problem. He had all the parts on the van. Explained costs etc. and invoice was exactly as promised. Would definitely call him again, and recommend to family and friends. Thanks Laurence :)

Highly recommend using Laurence from Birtley Boilers if you need any Boiler assistance. Laurence was on time, polite, friendly, tidy, helpful and very efficient. Was absolutely no bother when I had to leave my house for a couple of hours too. A safe and trustworthy pair of hands. Excellent, reliable and efficient service from this company. I had central heating issues which were sorted, new seals, new timing system, and boiler service. Everything was clearly explained along with how much each issue was likely to cost.... so no nasty suprises with the bill! I am happy to recommend this company 100%
