Mussel End Farm Meats

Exceptional quality meat. Roasted a sirloin on recommendation from Louise and we certainly didn't regret it. The meat was tender and extremely flavourful. The service when we were there was brilliant too and they genuinely cared about their customers. Will definitely be going back!

One rib-eye steak, one sirloin steak, both exceptional quality and they cooked beautifully. I'll be coming back for more!

OMG the best ribeyed steak EVER. You could have cut it with a butter knife it was that tender, so very tasty. Will definitely be back for more.

What can i say about the butchery, that hasnt already been said. We have been long term customers, and now consider them friends. in the years we have been going to the farm, we have NEVER had a bad bit of meat. it is true field to fork is the right way.might pop up for a Jacobs ladder and some ribs!!

We’ve enjoyed meat from Mussel End Meats for years, farm fresh produce at a competitive price. Best sausages and burgers we’ve ever tasted, consistently great! Always a friendly welcome and knowledgeable service from this traditional farm butcher. Would highly recommend.

Connoisseurship can be extremely subjective but my waist is testament to my love of pies, so i feel well qualified to speak about them. I categorise pies, as yuk, maybe OK for a hangover, not too bad, good or OMG just like mother made.Having just tried a steak & kidney pie from Mussel End Farm, I'm pleased to say it was definitely not a case of find the meat in some insipid gravy. This pie was rammed full of wholesome tasty chunks of beef & kidney in a tasty gravy & all encased in clearly homemade pastry. Just to make sure that I wasn't getting carried away, I've been back for seconds & can definitely confirm the category of this pie as OMG just like mother made"Simon & Louise are on to winner with these pies & I'm looking forward to trying the rest of the range."

Absolutely beautiful turkey from Mussel End meats for our Christmas centrepiece. Fresh, tasty and I’m pretty sure I can’t take the credit for the satisfied faces around the table with my mediocre cooking skills! After the media stories showing the level of quality the supermarkets were offering this year I’m very glad I decided to shop local and walk away with super produce, as normal.

We have been buying our meat from Mussel End for over ten years. If you want to know where your meat comes from, and is reared responsibly, and is excellent quality , then you cannot go wrong and we would recommend Mussel End Meats !!

Great local butchers / farm shop, we’d would high recommend
